I'm the Founder Agile Coach!

Stefan Floering

Stefan is motivated by helping people to excel in agile product development. With now 15 years of experience of working in agile ways, Stefan has experienced that agile values, practices, craftsmanship, culture and the quality of delivery are key to increase productivity and to extend the ways how value is created in product companies.

Stefan is especially interested the software craftsmanship movement and he is evangelising eXtreme Programming values ever since he first got in touch with them as a graduate student. Stefan enjoys working in culturally diverse organisations and growing collaborative teams through trust, belief and respect.

Stefans focus lies on transforming organisations from project focus to product companies which deliver frequently and early. His strengths are value streams analysis and agile portfolio management to maximise value delivery.
